Raising Raiders is a non-profit organization, formed to support, encourage and develop the personal and professional resiliency of Marine Special Operations Command (MARSOC) families, while strengthening and defining a sense of culture and unity within the MARSOC community.
Raising Raiders is a grassroots organization, founded by four MARSOC spouses to support the families of the MARSOC community. Raising Raiders provides enrichment and empowerment opportunities for children and family members of MARSOC Marines and Sailors, through the Raising Raiders Initiative and our other educational and benefit programs.
We aim to be leaders and advocates in the Special Operations community in the areas of PTSD and TBI awareness as well as continuing to bring public attention to military spousal caregivers advocating their needs and bringing awareness to this important issue.
Raising Raiders is honored to be offering their supporters the opportunity to win an exceptionally crafted 1911 pistol from KC Crawford of KC’s Kustom Creations. This 1911 has been engineered for precision as well as beauty and has a retail value of well over $4,000.

The RTE Shop (later named the PWS) is where he not only developed his skills, but also his passion for working on the 1911 platform. Through his own shop in Maysville, NC, he continues to develop better ways and processes to make it a more accurate pistol.
Credit card donations are 128 bit encrypted. Currently, Guns for a Cause accepts donations through Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express.
Please note: Due to U.S. postal regulations (18 U.S.C. Section 1302), raffle ticket stubs cannot be returned by mail for purchases over the Internet, through the mail or by telephone. When an order is placed, we will add the donor’s information including name, address, e-mail address and phone number, into our database. Each “ticket” will then be assigned a computer generated randomized number. The winning “ticket” shall also be selected by using a random number generator, thus creating a “double blind” selection process. The winner will be notified based on the name and contact information provided by the donor, at the time of the donation.
